Automatic Filter Press Machine With Auto Cloth Washing Device
Product Description
Automatic chamber/recessed filter press use micro computer processor, PLC and touch screen to control every part's actions,
such as: cylinder, plate shifter, cloth washing etc., and remote control ports are left.
High efficiency filter press expended the length of cylinder and can discharge several cakes every time. The advantages:
stable performance, high efficiency and lower running cost.
The fast open system can increase the cake discharging efficiency 3-6 times, especially for the filter press that have a large
quantity of plates and need frequent operations.
When the filter cloth was blocked, it can use the cloth washing system to clean the blocked solid by high pressure waster,
so that increase the filtering speed and enlarge the lift-span.
The device have two types: Single Pole Washing System and Double Poles Washing System.
